Behavior is the perpetual revealing of us.
What a man does, tells us what he is.
F. D. Huntington
Many people proclaim their beliefs concerning one thing or another. They will go on and on about how you should train and keep your body in shape, how you should meditate daily, how you should eat healthy, etc. But their actions rarely coincide with their words.
It is not your words which determine who you are, but your actions. Your actions reveal the true you. You may talk the talk, but do you really walk the walk? Your words and your actions should not be in conflict with each other. You should mean what you say and your actions should be the confirmation of your speech.
What do your actions reveal about you? Do you talk a good game, but never follow up with the corresponding actions or do you say what you mean, mean what you say, and live the life that you endorse? A man or woman of honor makes sure that their actions and words are not in conflict with each other.
